1. Scope of ArchitectureAll consulting engagements, custom platforms, and defensive deployments operate strictly within verified written statements of work. Unauthorized external scanning or fuzzing beyond agreed IP ranges is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual PropertyCustom business logic and bespoke proprietary algorithms developed specifically for the client transfer entirely upon full milestone settlement. Core deployment engines and libraries remain the intellectual property of Imperial CyberX.

3. Cryptographic SLAsService availability guarantees and uptime commitments are verified via multi-region Anycast telemetry and binding cryptographic proof-of-uptime metrics.
