Financial Operations | Service Commitments

1. Custom Engineering & Deployment

Due to the highly specialized, labor-intensive nature of custom web development, software engineering, and network deployment, Imperial CyberX Ltd. does not offer refunds once development phases have commenced and engineering resources have been allocated. Milestones will be clearly defined and approved in your Service Level Agreement (SLA) prior to billing.

2. VAPT & Security Audits

Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing are considered delivered upon the generation and transmission of the final security report. No refunds are available for completed audits. If an audit is canceled by the client prior to execution, a partial refund may be issued minus a 20% resource-reservation fee.

3. SaaS & Monthly Retainers

For subscription-based services (such as our Retail Suite or ongoing SOC monitoring), clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations will halt future billing cycles, but we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remainder of the current active billing month.

4. SLA Breaches

If Imperial CyberX Ltd. fails to deliver the promised digital architecture within the agreed timeline due to internal operational failures, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to review by our technical and financial directors. Delays caused by third-party providers, client unresponsiveness, or unforeseen scope changes do not qualify for refunds.
