1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the digital infrastructure, APIs, and consulting services provided by Imperial CyberX Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our network.

2. Authorized Use & Penetration Testing

Our VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) services and API payloads must only be deployed against assets you legally own or possess explicit, written authorization to test. Utilizing our network for unauthorized exploitation, DDoS facilitation, or hostile payload delivery is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and legal reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Intellectual Property

All proprietary code, including the Orion's Shield architecture, Heuriskryptes Framework, and Imperial CyberX protocols, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Imperial CyberX Ltd. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to utilize deployed software as outlined in their specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

4. Limitation of Liability

Imperial CyberX Ltd. provides security and development services "as-is". While we utilize military-grade protocols to secure your assets, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from zero-day exploits, unauthorized network breaches, or third-party API failures beyond our control.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Assam and Bengaluru.
